In the heart of the Hautes Vosges mountains, you'll enjoy quick access to hiking trails, mountain bike circuits and the surrounding forest landscapes. Just minutes away, Vagney and Gérardmer offer shops, local markets and a wide range of outdoor activities. Gérardmer's famous Lake offers beaches, water sports and scenic walks, while Lake Longemer offers a wilder, more unspoilt natural setting. Fans of high-altitude panoramas can quickly reach the Route des Crêtes, renowned for its spectacular views and typical farmhouse inns. Whatever the season, the region is an invitation to discover: Skiing and snowshoeing in winter, Hiking and lakes in summer, blazing landscapes in autumn and Christmas Markets in winter. New bungalow. Located in a quiet area at an elevation of 560 meters, it consists of:

- A large, air-conditioned living area featuring:
- A sitting area with a sofa, armchair, flat-screen smart TV, and Wi-Fi access. Orange TV channels. Bluetooth speaker.
- A built-in, fully equipped kitchen: 3-burner induction cooktop, microwave, mini-oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, pressure cooker, kettle, Nespresso and drip coffee makers, toaster, raclette machine, fondue set, croque-monsieur maker, waffle maker, and multi-crepe maker. All necessary kitchen utensils.
- A dining area with a table and chairs that can seat up to 6 people.

- A double bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, a large closet, and a wardrobe
- A bedroom with two 90x190cm pull-out beds. Closet and wardrobe. Desk for telework or for the kids. Books.
- A bathroom with a large 100x110cm shower, sink, and hair dryer. Heated towel rack. Washing machine. Iron and ironing board. Changing table.
- 40m² outdoor terrace with patio furniture, pergola, and barbecue. 800m² fenced-in property.

- A shed for storing sports equipment (bicycles, skis, etc.). Outdoor games available.

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption.
