Located in the charming village of Les Rouges-Eaux, our Holiday cottage offers you a peaceful setting in the heart of the magnificent Vosges countryside. A privileged Location for exploring the Vosges and Alsace: - Nearby hiking and mountain-biking trails take you through forests and remarkable panoramas. - Gérardmer and its Lake, just 45 minutes away, offer a multitude of water sports, walks and leisure activities. - The Route des Crêtes, an itinerary not to be missed for admiring the grandiose landscapes of the Hautes Vosges. - The ski resorts of La Bresse and Champ du Feu, ideal for winter sports enthusiasts. - Alsace and the Route des Vins, less than an hour's drive away, for a gastronomic and cultural escapade in the heart of vineyards and typical villages such as Kaysersberg and Ribeauvillé. This cosy house, perfect for 6 people, comprises: Ground floor -> hallway leading to separate WC, bathroom with walk-in shower and corner bath, attractive fully-equipped kitchen (fridge and freezer, microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, pod coffee maker, raclette, fondue, waffle and crepe maker, 4-burner ceramic hob) leading to a large living/dining room with TV, WiFi, wood-burning fireplace.

Outside, enjoy a large garden with trees, ideal for relaxing, and a 5-seater Spa for moments of Wellbeing in the heart of nature. A petanque court is also available for convivial moments with family and friends. Access is possible from outside or from the kitchen and dining room. There's also a garage with tumble dryer and 5 bike rails (ideal for bikes and motorcycles). Parking for approx. 5 vehicles and motorcycles.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess to be paid on site to the hosts). Wood for the fireplace is also included.

Pets allowed at an extra charge of €20 per pet per stay, up to a maximum of two.
