Detached house 100 m². Ground, 1st and 2nd floors (half-levels): 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (size 160x200 cm) and 1 single bed (size 90 x 200 cm). 1 Umbrella bed and high chair. Equipped kitchen opening onto living room with television (dishwasher, microwave, etc.).
One shower room with WC and a second, larger shower room without WC. Both with walk-in showers + Separate WC at the entrance to the Holiday cottage.
Table soccer. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Wood-burning stove (1st basket of wood offered, then 10€ for each additional basket). Carport. Grassed area of 800 m². Petanque court. 55m² terrace. Heating by heat pump. Electricity included up to 30kwh/day.
