Ideally located, the house offers easy access to the main attractions of the Hautes Vosges, while benefiting from a calm environment conducive to rest and relaxation. A central location for discovering the Vosges From Corcieux, you're in : - 15 minutes from Lake Gérardmer, with its beaches, Casino, water sports and lively atmosphere. - 20 minutes from the wilder Lake Longemer, perfect for swimming in the heart of nature - 25 minutes from the ski resorts of Gérardmer and La Bresse, ideal in winter for Alpine skiing, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing or dog-sledding. - 30 minutes from Saint-Dié-des-Vosges, with its Museums, Cathedral and Markets Cultural, sporting and nature activities nearby The Corcieux region offers a wealth of activities for all seasons: - Hiking on ridges, around lakes or in the Forest - mountain biking, adventure parks, climbing or summer tobogganing - Visits to local confectioners, farm inns, clog-makers and distilleries - In winter: snow sports in nearby resorts, Christmas markets and fairytale atmospheres - Summer: music festivals, craft markets, village fêtes and gastronomic discoveries Lovers of nature, local produce and wide open spaces will find this an ideal base from which to explore the Hautes Vosges in all its diversity.

The house consists of :

First floor:

- Living room with sofa, armchairs, TV. Wood heating stove ( The wood insert is a space heater, and should not replace oil heating (main heating). One basket of wood offered, then 5€ for each additional basket). Table soccer.

- One room communicating with the living room, dining area and bedroom with bathroom. JO Paris" room with two beds 90x190.

- A room with sanitary facilities (WC, washbasin and mirror) equipped with a 160/200 bed.

- Terrace with garden furniture (6 people), parasol, deckchairs and barbecue.

A half-floor above the first floor (4 steps):

- A fully-equipped kitchen: 3 ceramic hobs, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster.

-A dining room opening onto the kitchen with space for 6 people.

- One bedroom with a 160x200 bed.

- Bathroom with shower, double washbasin and vanity unit, WC and hairdryer.

Washing machine in basement laundry room. Access from outside. Storage room for bikes, skis, etc.

Several parking spaces available in the courtyard.

The Holiday cottage is located on the main village road, where the speed limit is 50 km/h.

Oil heating (service charges not included, according to consumption)
