Perched under the Col de Sapois, below the Saut de la Bourrique waterfall, this wood-chalet haven with private spa and 5,000 m² of secure wooded grounds offers couples, families or friends (up to 4 people) a setting of absolute calm and nature, with the murmur of the Gorges du Phény stream in the background. Outdoors, nature and adventure Holiday cottage Le Refuge Perché is just a few minutes' walk from the path leading to Saut de la Bourrique: an undergrowth hike along the Phény stream takes you to this emblematic waterfall in the Vosges mountains. Forest, wooden footbridges, panoramic views and unspoilt nature await you: walking, light trails, contemplation or simply a break in the heart of the vegetation. In winter, Gérardmer's ski slopes and ski areas are within easy reach, while the Lake invites you to take a stroll or go canoeing in summer. Culture and local flavours Gérardmer, a city in the Hautes-Vosges region, combines architectural heritage, a mountain atmosphere and a gentle local lifestyle. Stroll through the narrow streets and take part in a local tour to learn more about the town's textile past. The Chalet consists of :

Ground floor:
- A living room with :
- A dining area for 4 people (high table and high chair)
- A living room with sofa, connected TV, Wi-Fi.
- A kitchen equipped with: 3 induction hobs, fridge with freezer compartment, Senseo coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric vegetable grater, electric chopper, raclette machine, plancha and fondue. Washing machine.
- Bathroom with walk-in shower 80 x 140cm, hairdryer. WC.
- Terrace with garden furniture. Fenced plot of 5000 m² with picnic table and barbecue located on the upper part of the plot overlooking the Forest and Gérarmder.

Second floor (spiral staircase: climb can be narrower and steeper):
- One bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm beds. Balcony.
- One bedroom with a 160/200 bed. Passage through first bedroom from inside. And independent access from outside to the terrace with Spa.

Baby equipment: Umbrella bed, high chair, booster seat and BB bathtub.

Access and parking:
Parking at the bottom of the property (2 spaces), no uphill access by car. Access to Holiday cottage on foot on 80 m slope (10 m difference in altitude).

Security:
Large grounds and private Spa: supervision of young Kids recommended. Spiral staircase difficult for elderly people or Kids.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the entire stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating with reasonable consumption.
