Apartment comprises a spacious living room, two bedrooms, a small bathroom, separate WC and laundry room.
Baby equipment: a cot with extra mattress (60*120), sheets and undersheet + potty + high chair + step stool.
Pets are not allowed in the rental. Non-smoking apartment.
Electric heating + electric shutters.
Sheets are extra at €20 for a double bed and €10 for a single bed. Bathroom linen is €20 (kit for all tenants). Household linen and cleaning are included in the price. Utilities are included.
A closed parking space is available on request, but there is plenty of free parking nearby.
