In winter, the house is less than 10 minutes from the ski slopes of Gérardmer, one of the largest ski areas in the Vosges. In summer, Lake Gérardmer is just a stone's throw away, with its beaches and numerous water sports. Nearby activities: - Hiking and mountain biking in the surrounding forests. - Water sports: pedal-boating, kayaking and sailing on Lac de Gérardmer. - Skiing and snow sports in winter. - Local markets, tasting of Vosges specialties (munster, blueberry pie). It comprises: Garden level: access to basement for skis and/or bikes. Laundry room with washing machine // First floor: fully equipped kitchen with 4 ceramic hobs, 6 place dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer. Large living/dining room with Wifi connection, hi-fi system, DVD player. Separate WC. Bathroom with large shower. First bedroom with double bed (140x190cm) // Second floor: shower room with WC. And two bedrooms (1x140x190cm and 1x160x200cm).
The following baby equipment is available: baby bed, high chair, bathtub, wicket door, changing mat.

Outside: sheltered area with garden furniture. Large private garden. 3 private parking spaces (courtyard + in front of garage).

Animals are not allowed.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash).
Reasonable consumption of heating and electricity. The Holiday cottage has electric heating, automatically set to the recommended 19C.
The house has two fireplaces: one in the living room, the other in the kitchen. A stock of starter wood is provided.
