Le Petit Ménestrel: new mountain chalet, sleeps 2/4, on Gérardmer's southern hillside, at the end of a cul-de-sac in a very quiet area, overlooking the Xonrupt valley and ski slopes, total 42 m2 with 27 m2 ground floor and 15 m2 first floor (floor area: attic). Shops 500 m away (Intermarché, super U, bakery, Intersport, Thiriet.....), town center 1,500 km, ski slopes 2,500 kms, lake 1,800 km, forest 200 m.

- Ground floor: fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, induction hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine, large no-frost fridge-freezer, electric kettle, filter and SENSEO coffee-maker, toaster, raclette set, and various small electrical appliances), living room with rapido system sofa (real mattress) and large-screen TV.
Bathroom-WC with walk-in shower and storage space. Electric towel dryer. Hair dryer.

- Upstairs: 1 bed 160 x 200, 1 bed 90 x 190 and drawer bed 80x190 with chest of drawers and storage space. Attic space (floor area 15m² - lowest point 70cm and highest point 160cm)

- Outside: 10 m2 terrace with table and benches, BBQ, lockable shed for skis and bikes, 2 parking spaces and garden. Pergola.

Bed linen provided free of charge and Beds made on arrival.
Towels and cleaning optional.
Charges not included: 8 Kwh free, rest according to consumption (0.20 euros per KW/H).
Baby equipment available on request free of charge: Umbrella bed and high chair.
Only one pet allowed.
