Completed in July 2022, with unobstructed views of the mountains, and the Poli ski slopes, at the start of the hiking trails, a short walk and you're at Lake Longemer, and 5 kms from the center of Gérardmer. The Chalet offers a large living room of 50 m2, and a large mezzanine area for Kids.

The Chalet has 2 levels, one toilet per level.

The ground floor comprises a pleasant living area with a fully-equipped kitchen (262L fridge. 30L freezer compartment - 3-burner induction hob. Oven. Microwave oven. Dishwasher). The living room with dining area for up to 10 people opens onto a large wooden terrace, with dining table for 10 and deckchairs.

The first floor comprises two bedrooms, each with a 160x200 bed, and a mezzanine sleeping area for Kids with 2 Bunk beds (90x190) and 2 beds (90x190), one of which is a trundle bed. Bathroom with bathtub, Italian shower and 2-person electric Sauna.
Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer shared with another apartment on the ground floor. Access door with independent lock for each apartment.

Private parking in front of Holiday cottage. Beds made on arrival. Utilities included and end-of-stay cleaning included.
