Le Perrus

Le Perrus is a magnificent new DecoBois luxury chalet in Xonrupt-Longemer, 200m from Lac de Longemer and all its water sports activities. Hiking trails and inns are just around the corner. Gérardmer, a very attractive town all year round, is less than 5 minutes away by car.

The chalet is divided into 3 levels, with a pleasant, very bright living room on the first floor. It features a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with TV and Netflix subscription, and a dining room where you can enjoy a delicious raclette in front of the pellet stove!

Just above this cathedral-ceilinged space is the mezzanine, or rather the games area, with table soccer, games and toys, enough to delight young and old alike!

From the living room, you'll emerge onto the 60m² suspended wooden terrace, part of which is sheltered. Enjoy a barbecue and deckchairs on this terrace overlooking the Vosges forests on 2 wings of the chalet.

Sleeping arrangements include a 1st bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed and access to the terrace, a 2nd bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed, and a 3rd family bedroom with a double bed (which can be divided into 2 single beds) and 2 single bunk beds. For your comfort, each room has a hanging TV with netflix, and a shower room.

At the RDJ, you'll love the wellness area, with its indoor sauna and 7-seat spa on the second terrace, plus a 4th shower.

Please note: the parking lot provides ramped access to the ground floor terrace, so people with reduced mobility are welcome at Le Perrus!

You can park in the 4 parking spaces, and store your bikes and skis in the storage room adjacent to the RDJ entrance.

A highchair and cot are available for toddlers.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption.
