Le Gîte VALART

Located in the commune of Le THILLOT, 20 minutes from La Bresse and 40 minutes from Gérardmer, this Holiday cottage sleeps 15. 500m2 house with 54 ares of land, adult gaming room (billiards, table soccer, darts), Kids gaming room, pétanque court, sauna and outdoor Spa. Our Holiday cottage features a large, light-filled living room (70m2) that welcomes both young and old around the same table. To occupy your stay, you'll have access to 2 gaming rooms, one for adults with table soccer, billiards and darts, and one for Kids with a large wooden play structure and lots of toys. But for even more enjoyable moments with family or friends, the house also features a Wellbeing/relaxation area with a pétanque court, outdoor Spa and sauna. The Holiday cottage VALART, a completely renovated house, will welcome you to spend good times with friends or family, to go skiing, Hiking, cycling or just to enjoy the peace and quiet. We've got it all covered! The house offers 400m2 of living space over 3 floors and 54 ares of land. It can accommodate 15 people.

-> On the ground floor, you'll have access to the Wellbeing area with its pétanque court, sauna and Spa. This floor also features an adult gaming room with sofas, table soccer, billiards and darts. WC and a shower as well as a laundry area with washing machine and dryer complete this level. In the hallway, you'll also find a checkroom where you can remove your shoes and hang your coats. This level has 2 entrances to the outside: the main entrance leads to the parking lot, and another to the terrace where the Spa is located.

-> 1st floor, take the solid oak staircase to the 70m2 main living area, next to which you'll find the semi-professional kitchen equipped with a 1200L fridge, a professional dishwasher (max. cycle time 3 minutes) and a cooking piano. On this floor are 2 bedrooms opening onto the large outdoor terrace (one of which is the PMR room).
Bedroom 1: disabled access bedroom with 2 90x200cm beds
Room 2: Room with 2 beds 90*200cm and one bed 160*200cm.
One room is reserved for the Kids' gaming room, with its large wooden structure and climbing wall. The first floor is accessible from the outside via a tarmac path that provides easy access for people with reduced mobility, as well as for unloading vehicles. Finally, there's a PMR shower room with WC, shower and washbasin, and a standard bathroom with two further showers, WC and 3 washbasins.

-> 2nd floor: The main sleeping area is located on the top floor of the house, and comprises 5 bedrooms:
Bedroom 3: 1 x 160*200cm bed, Bedroom 4: 1 x 90*200cm bed and 1 x 160*200cm bed, Bedroom 5: 1 x 160*200cm bed, Bedroom 7: 2 x 90*200cm beds and 1 x 160*200cm bed.
This 2nd floor also features 2 bathrooms with 3 showers, 2 WCs and 4 basins.

-> Outside: Outside, a 54-acre garden with petanque court, brazier, and tarmac courtyard for up to 12 cars. Tables are available for dining under the awning.


-> The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the entire stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption.

Pets allowed but extra charge of €20 per pet per stay.
