At an altitude of 950 m, my grandfather's gîte welcomes you all year round. A brand-new, spacious, comfortable 100m² single-storey apartment. Fully equipped, you'll feel right at home. South-facing, with exceptional panoramic views, in a peaceful setting. Ideally located on the Col de Gros Pierre between Gérardmer and La Bresse, you can enjoy a wide range of activities at any time of year. Just 5 minutes from the center of La Bresse and 10 minutes from Gérardmer, you'll be in the peace and quiet of the countryside, yet not far from the center and its attractions. One balcony terrace facing the rising sun, the other in front of the entrance, with table, chairs, deckchair, parasol and barbecue. Make the most of the snow and warm weather: swimming in nearby lakes, hiking, walking trails, skiing, mountain biking, snowshoeing, paragliding, ice skating, swimming pool, bowling, zip line, accro branche... All within a 10 km radius. Hiking and mountain-biking enthusiasts will be delighted. You'll soon be on the Route des Crêtes and at the Hohneck.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).

If you have a young child, a high chair, bathtub, cot and changing table are available.
