Situated at an altitude of 550 m. between Alsace and Franche-Comté, in the heart of the Massif des Vosges, within easy reach of an innumerable choice of tourist, cultural, sporting, leisure and even gastronomic activities, our Chalet "LE FRANOULD" - named after the locality that surrounds it - brings together for you a multitude of premium quality amenities and comforts among the highest standards in the area, to make your stay together a totally timeless moment of disconnection. Completely renovated and modernized in 2023, this Chalet - where wood reigns supreme and creates a particularly warm and cosy atmosphere - can now accommodate up to 14 people for seasonal rental, with its 5 bedrooms and 8 beds. The FRANOULD is the ideal place to get together with family or friends and enjoy a convivial stay in complete seclusion, whatever the weather outside. Relaxation is guaranteed with the spa and sauna areas. In the Club-House, you can play billiards or table soccer, or simply curl up on the sofa to enjoy the view and a moment's rest after a good hike. And what about the kota, with its central fireplace, where you can dine on wood-grilled meats or fondues, or enjoy a game of pétanque on our nearby boules pitch? On the culinary side, both apprentice and experienced cooks will be delighted by our fully-equipped kitchen, which allows them to be as daring as they like. Want to eat outside? The garden terrace is the perfect place for a barbecue... Exhausted after a busy day? The TV lounge is the ideal place to finish off the day in style and conviviality!

The accommodation, with a living area of over 150m², is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A bedroom with a 140/190 bed and a crib
- Living room:
A large living/dining room with wood-burning stove (connected TV, DVD player, wifi internet, board games.)
A large, fully-equipped kitchen (opening onto the terrace), with: oven, 3 induction hobs, microwave oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, citrus press, toaster, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, large, deep sink, plenty of storage space and everything you need for cooking and entertaining (fondue, raclette, crêpes, etc.).
- Bathroom with WC, 140/90 Italian-style shower, double washbasin. Heated towel rail and hairdryer.
- A shower room with 120/90 walk-in shower, single basin, hairdryer and heated towel rail.
- Separate toilet
- Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Second floor:
- One bedroom with a 140/190 bed
- Two bedrooms, each with a 140/190 bed and a 90/190 bed
- One bedroom with two 140/190 beds
- Separate toilet with washbasin
Chalet Le Franould has a 60m² annex with :
- A relaxation area with Sauna and Spa. Shower and WC.
- A games room with billiards and table soccer.

Utilities: water and electricity included in the price.

Located in a quiet, elderly neighborhood, it's important to be quiet and not to disturb the neighbors, otherwise you'll have to deal with the gendarmerie.
Reminder: Nuisance at night is governed by articles R623-2 of the French penal code. Perpetrators risk being fined €68, rising to €180.
