A living-dining room with dining area with table and 6 chairs, sofa, TV, WIFI and board games. A bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 cm and direct access to the shower room with large shower and WC.One bedroom with 4 beds 90x190 cm, including 1 bunk bed. Separate WC. Outside and additional features: Private entrance. Enclosed garden shared with the other two units, with three garden furniture sets, barbecue, parasol and deckchairs. Closed bicycle storage area. Private courtyard with parking for 2 cars. City shops within walking distance. No pets allowed.

Rates include utilities, sheets and beds made on arrival, end-of-stay cleaning. Optional extras, to be purchased directly from the owners: towels €7 per person, bathrobe €10 per person.
