On the garden level of a Chalet with two rental properties, 1 large bedroom, 1 mountain corner with bunk beds, large living room, open-plan kitchen/lounge, and shower room with 110/90 Italian shower and WC. Accessible shower and WC, shower seat on request.
Fully-equipped kitchen (262L fridge. 30L freezer compartment - 3-burner induction hob. Oven. Microwave oven. Dishwasher). The living room with dining area, sitting area with sofa, coffee table and 145cm connected TV.
A bedroom with 1 bed 160x200.
A Mountain area with 2 90/190 Bunk beds.
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer shared with another apartment on the garden level. Access door with independent lock for each unit.
Private 30m² wooden terrace with garden furniture and parasol for sunny days.
Private parking in front of the Holiday cottage, and garage on request with 20-amp socket for car charging. (optional garage rental)
Beds made on arrival. Utilities included and end-of-stay cleaning included.
The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).

Reposant, très belle vue un chouette séjour dans un gîte très confortable et très jolie ...une literie au top.tout est à proximité lac,boulangerie,commerce... très appréciable nous reviendrons avec plaisir vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçu !!

Paul Très bonne expérience de la réservation à la fin du séjour : aucun problème rencontré.
Séjour au mois d'août 2025 : gîte très agréable aussi bien l'extérieur que l'intérieur, très bien situé, bien équipé, belle vue depuis la terrasse, au calme, explications claires du propriétaire...un très bon séjour, nous recommandons ce gîte.

Très beau séjour dans les Vosges. Très belle région. Beaucoup d'activités à découvrir et à faire. On ne s'est pas lasser 1 minute. Nous retournerons dans cette région.
