The chalet offers a large living room of 50 m2, and a large children's area on the mezzanine.

The living room with dining area for up to 10 people opens onto a large wooden terrace, with dining table for 10 and deckchairs. Lounge area with sofa, coffee table and 145cm connected TV. A suite with 1 x 160x200 bed and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower.

The first floor comprises two bedrooms, each with 1 bed 160x200, and a sleeping area for Kids on the Mezzanine with 2 bunk beds (90x190) and 2 beds (90x190), one of which is a trundle bed. Bathroom with bathtub, Italian shower and 2-person electric Sauna. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Accessible shower and toilet, shower seat on request. Fully-equipped kitchen (262L fridge. 30L freezer compartment - 3-burner induction hob. Oven. Microwave oven. Dishwasher). The living room with dining area, sitting area with sofa, coffee table and 145cm connected TV.

Private parking space in front of the cottage, and garage on request with 20-amp socket for car charging (garage rental optional). Beds made on arrival.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
