Completed in July 2022, with an unobstructed view of the mountains and the Poli ski slopes, at the start of the hiking trails, a short walk and you're at Lac de Longemer, and 5 kms from the center of Gérardmer. The chalet offers a large living room of 50 m2, and a large children's area on the mezzanine.

The Chalet has 2 levels, each with a bathroom and toilet.

The ground floor comprises a pleasant living area with a fully-equipped kitchen (262L fridge. 30L freezer compartment - 3-burner induction hob. Oven. Microwave oven. Dishwasher). The living room with dining area for up to 10 people opens onto a large wooden terrace, with dining table for 10 and deckchairs.

The first floor comprises two bedrooms, each with a 160x200 bed, and a mezzanine sleeping area for Kids with 2 bunk beds (90x190) and 2 beds (90x190), one of which is a trundle bed. A bathroom with bathtub, Italian shower and 2-person electric Sauna.

Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer shared with another apartment on the ground floor. Access door with independent lock for each apartment.

Private parking in front of Holiday cottage. Beds made on arrival. Utilities included and end-of-stay cleaning included.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day at your disposal (any excess to be paid on site to the hosts).
