- Bathroom with shower, washbasin and vanity unit, WC, heated towel rail, hairdryer and washing-machine dryer.

- Terrace with garden furniture (8 people), parasol, deckchairs and charcoal barbecue.

First floor:

- A bedroom with a 160x200 bed.

- One bedroom with a 160x200 bed and two 90x190 Bunk beds.

- A bathroom with shower, washbasin and vanity unit, WC, heated towel rail and hairdryer.

Exterior and additional equipment:

- Private parking for 4 vehicles, with electric car charging station.
