Just a stone's throw from the Holiday cottage, the Poli ski resort offers a family-friendly ski area with Alpine skiing, tobogganing and winter activities for young and old alike. Whatever the season, Xonrupt-Longemer is a magnet for mountain scenery, forests and the famous Lake Longemer, one of the natural gems of the Vosges. Lovers of hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing and nature discovery will find here a privileged playground in the heart of the Ballons des Vosges Regional Nature Park. Renovated detached Chalet featuring a 25 m² living room with open kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, 3-burner ceramic hob, filter coffee maker, Tassimo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine and hand blender. Dining area. Lounge area with sofa bed, TV and WiFi. Two bedrooms, each with a 160 x 200 cm bed. 5 m² bathroom with large shower (140 cm), double washbasin and heated towel rail. Separate WC. Outside: Private terrace in front of the Chalet entrance. Large common area shared with the other accommodations on the property. Outdoor barbecues available. Additional amenities and practical information: Electric heating. Private ski room. Shared laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Opposite the chalet, a renovated farmhouse with 5 apartments located at the foot of the ski slopes. Utilities included. Bed linen provided, beds made on arrival and towels included. Towels optional: €8 per person. End-of-stay cleaning included. Snow equipment recommended in winter.

Baby equipment on request: bed, chair, bathtub + booster seat, changing table. IN WINTER: we strongly advise you to bring your own car (snow tires minimum). Parking is available in front of the gîte (on a ski slope with restricted access from 9am to 5pm, so bring suitable footwear).
