Depending on the season, the surrounding villages offer a variety of events all year round. Just a few meters away, the Base de loisirs and its Lake are within walking distance (fishing, bar, entertainment in summer, supervised beach in season...). This house is ideal for a stay with friends or family! A few steps lead down to the first floor, where you'll find a large living room with a semi-open-plan kitchen and dining area. (3 induction hobs, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, etc.). A living room with television and board games. - Laundry room with checkroom and washing machine. - Separate WC - main bathroom with walk-in shower - first bedroom with 140x190cm bed.

Upstairs -> One bedroom with two 90x190cm beds and another with a 140x190cm low bed - a second shower room with shower and WC.

Outside -> Terrace accessible from the living room. In spring 2025, it will be equipped with garden furniture and parasol. - Small unfenced garden around the house - 3 parking spaces. - In the basement you can store your sports equipment.

Rates include: utilities, bed linen made on arrival, household linen, end-of-stay cleaning and a basket of wood for the stove. Optional: bathroom linen at €10 per person.
