Located between the lake and the mountains, we offer you a completely refurbished apartment, very cocooning, in the center of Gérardmer, very quiet. We've decorated it with care. The free ski shuttles are a 2-minute walk away, and Gérardmer lake is only 5 minutes away, with restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Apartment for 4 people located on the ground floor of a quiet residence. It comprises :
- Entrance hall with storage cupboard.
- A living room with a sofa bed (160/200), flat-screen connected TV. Wifi access. Open on one side to a private terrace with garden furniture, and on the other to a fully-equipped kitchen: 3-burner electric ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, extractor fan, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee maker (filter and Dolce Gusto capsule), toaster and multi-function food processor. Raclette and fondue machine.
- One double bedroom with Queen Size bed (160/200), bed linen and towels included. Access to a private terrace off the bedroom. Storage cupboard.
- Bathroom with large Italian shower (120/80). Sink with mirror, washing machine. Electric towel dryer, hair dryer.
- Private terrace with 4-person garden furniture and electric barbecue.
Private parking space and closed garage. Located in Gérardmer's hyper-center, vehicular access with a pass (provided by the owners) during the hyper-center pedestrianization period (from early June to late September).
