Outdoors, nature and adventure Between Lake, Forest and Mountain, Gérardmer is a paradise for nature lovers. Explore the trails of the Ballons des Vosges Regional Nature Park on foot, bike or snowshoes. Discover the Saut des Cuves waterfall, the Route des Crêtes or the summit of the Hohneck, offering spectacular panoramic views. In summer, enjoy swimming, paddle-boarding or pedal-boating on Lake Gérardmer. In winter, the La Mauselaine ski resort (less than 10 minutes away) offers skiing, tobogganing and Nordic walking with views over the lake. Apartment on the second floor of the owners' house, consisting of :

Kitchenette, 4 gas rings, oven, refrigerator and freezer compartment. Nespresso and filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle. Kitchen utensils. Raclette crêpe party machine, pressure cooker, hand blender, electric grater...
Dining area for up to 4 people.
BZ 140x190cm sofa bed, wooden shutters on balcony side and roller shutters on terrace side. TV. WIFI.

- One bedroom with two 80x200cm beds (can be assembled into a 160/200 bed if required). Roof window with blind.

- Shower room: 90x120cm shower, heated towel rail and hairdryer. Washing machine with dryer.

- Separate WC

Private parking space and car port in winter. Private terrace.
Baby equipment on request (Umbrella bed and chair adapter).

Included in the price: sheets, made-up beds, bathroom linen, table linen.
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning €20.

The price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, heating and electricity with a reasonable consumption - if the heating of the Holiday cottage is electric you have 15 Kwh per day (the excess will be paid on the spot to the host).
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning (excluding crockery and rubbish) 20€.
