La Perle

Gérardmer, the Pearl of the Vosges: you can walk to the lake and all amenities, as the apartment is located right in the center.

La Perle is a beautiful apartment, located on the second floor, without elevator, in a residence of 4 apartments in the heart of downtown Gérardmer. You'll benefit from a private parking space in the residence, so you can stroll around the town center with ease.
You'll also have access to a large private cellar, where you can store your bikes and skis, and even wash your bikes (there's a basin with water).

The apartment comprises: shower room with WC, storeroom, fitted kitchen, dining room with access to a 15m2 terrace, living room with access to a bedroom (a door and curtains have been installed, so it's up to you to decide whether you want two separate rooms or not), and a second bedroom, both with king-size beds (160x200).

The accommodation is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, cleaning at the end of the stay (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
