House comprises: Ground floor -> large living room (kitchen: 3 vitroceramics, electric oven, microwave, senseo filter and pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, raclette, fondue, crepe party machine. Living/dining room (TV, wifi). table and 8 chairs. Terrace access Lower floor -> Separate WC / Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer / Bedroom with two beds 90x190cm with shower. Upper floor -> Mezzanine with relaxation area and board games / Bedroom with two beds 90x190 giving access to a roof terrace with lounge / Separate WC / Bedroom with bed 160x200 / Shower room with large shower. Outside -> Secure sports equipment room, courtyard for 3 vehicles, terrace with plancha, garden furniture, deckchairs, pétanque court and sauna.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
