Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to ski areas, notably the La Bresse-Hohneck resort, one of the largest ski areas in the Vosges Mountains. In summer, the many hiking trails and mountain bike routes lead to the panoramic views of the Route des Crêtes and the surrounding peaks. On the main level (ground floor):

- A fully equipped kitchen: 4-burner glass-ceramic cooktop and range hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, drip coffee maker and Senseo machine, raclette machine, kettle, and toaster. electric mixer, pressure cooker, and immersion blender.

- A suite with a 180x200 cm bed. Closet and roller shutter.
Private bathroom adjoining the suite with a 90x120 walk-in shower. Grab bar in the shower and a fold-down shower seat. One sink.

- A wooden terrace on stilts with outdoor furniture, accessible from the living room and featuring a staircase leading down to the lower grounds.
