Discover our charming, fully-renovated gîte, a haven of peace nestled in lush greenery and lulled by the sound of a babbling brook. Perfect for a stay combining comfort and nature! Its proximity to Gérardmer and La Bresse (15 and 20 minutes away by car), as well as Alsace, will enable you to discover numerous lakes, waterfalls, forests, traditional inns, candy stores, markets and charming Alsatian villages with their Christmas markets. Ideal for outdoor sports enthusiasts, with activities such as mountain biking, paragliding, swimming, horse riding, canoeing, tree climbing, fishing, skiing and snowshoeing in winter. There are numerous hiking trails directly from the gîte, and the Goutte de Plainfaing, a tributary of the Bouchot, runs alongside the house to cool you off on hot summer days.

- Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, oven, coffee maker, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. Raclette, pierrade and fondue machines.

- Shower room with 80x100 shower, hairdryer, washbasin with mirror, washing machine dryer, WC and towel radiator.
- Spacious, bright bedroom with TV, 2-person 140x190 bed, comforter and 2 pillows/pers.

⊙ 2nd floor:
- Cosy sleeping area with a 1-person Bed 90x190, comforter and 2 pillows/pers.
- Comfortable and spacious through bedroom with a 2-person bed 140x190, comforter and 2 pillows/pers.

⊙ Outside:
- Private parking for 2 vehicles.
- Unenclosed garden.
- Furnished terrace with table, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue for convivial outdoor moments.

⊙ For your comfort:
- Beds made on arrival and linen supplied (tea towels and sponge).
- Cleaning and hygiene products (toilet paper, tissues, paper towels and hand soap).
- Small grocery store available.
- Electric radiators on each level, accompanied by a pellet stove.

Non-smoking accommodation. Ashtrays available outside.

- Baby equipment on request, at time of booking. (Cot with mattress, changing mat, highchair, bathtub, crockery and booster seat).
- Bathroom linen and hygiene products for body and hair are not supplied.
- Electricity is included (excessive consumption may result in penalties).
- 1 bag of pellets available per day, additional bag €8 each.
