La Ferme du Sabotier

In the heart of the Hautes Vosges, this former traditional farmhouse has been renovated in a rustic chic and eco-responsible style, inviting you to enjoy a unique stay combining modern comfort and a warm atmosphere. A perfect place for families and groups of friends in search of authenticity, relaxation and nature. Set in unspoilt surroundings, the house has direct access to hiking trails, Cross-country skiing runs and mountain bike routes. Whatever the season, the surrounding countryside is an ideal playground for Mountain enthusiasts: Forest walks, waterfalls, lakes and breathtaking panoramas. In winter, neighboring ski resorts offer skiing, snowboarding and snowshoeing, while summer is all about Swimming, cycling and gourmet discoveries in the farmhouse inns of the Vosges. After a day in the great outdoors, it's time to relax: sit out on the terrace to admire the sunset, or take advantage of the Finnish bath for a Wellbeing break in the heart of nature. The house has been designed to provide comfortable accommodation, with several en-suite bedrooms and convivial areas for young and old alike: library, mini climbing wall, music room... everything you need to share unique moments with family or friends. A stay at the Ferme du Sabotier is the assurance of an experience combining calm, outdoor activities and the Vosges art of living in an authentic mountain setting.

Renovated former Vosges farmhouse, comprising on the ground floor:
- A large living room including :
- A dining area for 15 people
- A living room with sofas. Wi-Fi. Wood-burning stove.
- A kitchen equipped with: 5-burner gas stove, refrigerator, filter and piston coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster.
- A climbing wall between the ground and second floors.
- A music room with drums and guitar.
- Three bedrooms with 160/200 beds, private shower and washbasin.
- One bedroom with a 140/190 bed, private shower and washbasin.
- An independent bathroom with : Shower cubicle, double washbasin, washing machine. WC.
- Two separate WCs.
- Wooden terrace with garden furniture and lounge. Nordic bath with sunset view.

First floor:
- A mezzanine
- A dormitory room with 7 beds 90x190cm.

Garden level :
- Sports hall with equipment.
- A vestibule for storing bikes, skis...

Our Chalet does not cater for stag parties. Here, we've imagined a place designed for stays with family or friends, in a calm, warm and caring atmosphere.

Please note before your stay:
- The access road is not asphalted on the last stretch: access can therefore be a little complicated for very low cars.
- In winter, when there's heavy snowfall, access can also be tricky: snow tires are essential to reach the chalet safely.
- The house is self-sufficient in electricity. Depending on the season and the weather, you may hear the hum of the backup generator.

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the entire stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), wood and electric heating with reasonable consumption.
