Lake Gérardmer is just 25 minutes away, with its beaches, water sports and scenic walks. The magnificent, wilder Lake de Longemer offers an unspoilt natural setting much appreciated by visitors. The famous Route des Crêtes offers exceptional panoramic views of the Vosges peaks, as well as access to high thatches, farm inns and famous mountain trails. The Holiday cottage's ideal location also makes it easy to reach Alsace and its typical villages. It takes just 40 minutes to discover Kaysersberg, famous for its half-timbered houses, Vineyards and enchanting Christmas Markets. The wine route, picturesque villages and Alsatian gastronomy will enrich your stay. Nestled between lakes, mountains, panoramic ridges and picturesque villages, this warm and welcoming Holiday cottage is the ideal base for enjoying the authenticity and natural wealth of the Hautes Vosges.

This semi-detached house features the following on the ground floor:

– An entryway
– A living area with: a fully equipped kitchen, a 4-burner induction cooktop, an oven, and a full-size refrigerator. Dishwasher. Microwave. Filter coffee maker, espresso machine, and Senseo. Toaster, electric kettle. Kitchen essentials. A dining area that seats up to 10 people. A sitting area with two sofas. Smart TV and cable service via SFR Box.
– A large entryway with closets.
– A bathroom with a 190x150cm walk-in shower, a sink, a hair dryer, a heated towel rack, and a washing machine. Sauna. Toilet. Access to a covered patio.
– A covered wooden patio with patio furniture and lounge chairs.

Upstairs:

– Two bedrooms each with a 160x200 cm bed.
– A “Kids” bedroom with a bunk bed featuring two 90×190 cm sleeping surfaces and a second bunk bed comprising a 140×200 cm double bed on the bottom and a 90×200 cm single bed on the top.
– A bathroom with a 90x150 cm walk-in shower, a hair dryer, two heated towel racks, a double sink, and a toilet. Changing table and baby bathtub.

Private parking space on the property. Carport for motorcycles, pétanque court, and barbecue area.

Towels for use in the Sauna are included in the price. End-of-stay Housekeeping (excluding dishes and trash) is included.

Baby equipment: Umbrella bed, baby bathtub, changing table, baby bouncer, and high chair available free of charge upon request.

Utilities are included. Electricity consumption is limited to 15 kWh per day (meter read on arrival and departure). As the Holiday cottage's heating is not electric, this consumption only covers everyday use.
If electricity consumption exceeds this limit, a supplement of 0.25€ per kW/h will be invoiced on departure.
