This Holiday cottage features a large open-plan living area, including a fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a comfortable sitting area and a dining area ideal for sharing good times. Windows in all four corners of the living area let in natural light and offer soothing views over the garden. The Holiday cottage also includes 4 comfortable bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms with walk-in showers. Outside, you'll find garden furniture, a barbecue and an alfresco dining area, perfect for enjoying sunny days. The enclosed garden is a haven of peace where you can relax and the Kids can play safely. Near Saint-Dié-des-Vosges, Lake Gérardmer 25 minutes (23 km) Base de loisirs et aquatique de Pierre Percée 30 minutes (35 km). La Bresse and Grand Valtin 26 minutes (22.8 km) for ski enthusiasts. Fraispertuis-city family fun park in Jeanménil 25 minutes (29 km). Festivale International de Géographie early October in Saint Dié Des Vosges 12 minutes (7 km). Le Haut du Tôt wood festival. The village is also close to the Alsace Wine Route, where you can discover beautiful villages and taste famous local wines. After a day's exploring, treat yourself to local culinary specialities in one of the nearby restaurants, the CDHV confectionery in Plainfaing or the electric vehicle charging station 150 m away. You'll be welcomed to the Holiday cottage by the owners.

Holiday cottage on 2 floors with on the first floor: a large open-plan living room with fully-equipped kitchen (cookeo, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, 4 induction hobs, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, blender, raclette machine, toaster), sitting area with sofa and armchairs, flat-screen TV and WiFi.
There's a large table in the middle of the room that can seat 8. There's also an independent shower room on the first floor with walk-in shower, double washbasin and hairdryer. Bedroom with double bed (160x200) Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double bed (160x200), 1 bedroom with single bed (90x200) + 1 folding bed for 1 person on request (80x190cm). Baby equipment on request: 1 Umbrella bed and 1 high chair... 1 Bathroom with shower, washbasin, hairdryer and toilet.
Included in the price: end-of-stay cleaning (excluding crockery and rubbish), bed linen: beds made on arrival, 2 towels and 1 shower sheet per person, shower gel, kitchen linen. Outside: 1 set of garden furniture, 1 lounge, 1 barbecue, 2 parasols, 4 sun loungers and a storage area.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
