Self-contained Holiday cottage in the center of Xonrupt Longemer, comprising:
Ground floor: separate WC, bedroom with 140x190cm bed, fully-equipped kitchen, living/dining room with TV and wifi, board games. Bathroom with shower and heated towel rail.
1st floor: Large sleeping area with two 140x190cm beds.
Basement with table soccer, darts, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Exterior: no private parking space, but free parking nearby. Communal garden with private garden furniture and barbecue.
Baby Equipment: Umbrella bed, high chair, crockery, bathtub,....
For arrivals after 7pm, a €20 supplement will be charged on arrival by the concierge.
Utilities not included: meter reading at check-in and check-out -> 8kwh included per day, the difference will be charged at 0.20€/kwh off-peak, 0.25€/kwh peak.
Pets allowed are small dogs only (example: bichon).

Nous sommes contents que les équipements de votre gîte est répondu à votre attente.
Pour l'entrée sur la rue le trottoir fessant plus 2 m, il me semble que celle-ci soit assez sécurisé.
Pour l'accès au jardin, il est direct depuis le sous sol mais effectivement le jardin est en palier ce qui offre des zones différentes pour la relaxation et le repas.
C'est un gîte pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes le prix est donc cohérent avec la surface du logement. -
