Just 45 minutes from Colmar (train station), an hour from Nancy (TGV) and Mulhouse (Airport), 1h30 from Strasbourg, the Hautes Vosges will enchant you with their superb landscapes (Parc Naturel Régional des ballons des Vosges/ nature reserve), extraordinary viewpoints (Honheck) for nature lovers, calm and wide open spaces, green or snow-covered! A fully renovated detached house, it consists of:

On the ground floor:

- A 40 m² lounge area overlooking the meadows, featuring a bar area with a coffee maker and refrigerator, a large dining area with a maxi plancha and raclette machines, a 5-person Spa, foosball, darts, board games, and an exercise bike.
- A 13 m² bedroom with one 140x190 cm bed, one Bed 90x190 cm, and one baby bed. Roller shutters.
- A laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board and iron, clotheslines, and storage.

On the first floor (level access):

- A glass-enclosed veranda entrance converted into a Ski storage area with clothing racks.
- An entry hall with a closet and coat rack.
- A 25 m² living area featuring a fully equipped open kitchen with a 190 L refrigerator, an 80-liter freezer, microwave, drip coffee maker and Senseo coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, large griddle, and raclette machines, a dining area, and a living area with two sofas, a smart TV, and Wi-Fi.
- A 10 m² bedroom with one 140x190 cm bed and one 90x190 cm bed.
- A 13 m² bedroom with four 90x190 cm beds, including one bunk bed.
- An 11 m² master bedroom with one 140x190 cm bed and a private bathroom with a large shower and toilet.
- A bathroom with a large shower, heated towel rack, hair dryer, and toilet.

Outdoors:
- Very large, unfenced grassy yard with views of the meadows.
- Furnished patio with tables, umbrellas, lounge chairs, benches, and a swing. Maxi wood-fired barbecue.
- Outdoor games: pétanque, trampoline, swing, slide, basketball, and ping-pong.
- Kids’ sleds available in winter.
- Four bicycles available for rent, including two electric bikes.
- Private parking for several vehicles and a carport.

The price includes: end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity, with reasonable consumption. If the Holiday cottage is heated electrically, you have 15 kWh per day; any excess must be paid for on the spot with the host.
