Cross-country skiers and hikers will be delighted by its location at the very heart of the Bas-Rupts cross-country ski area, while skiers will also appreciate the proximity of the Mauselaine downhill ski slopes (3mn). The Bresse ski area is very close by (10 mins). The chalet is less than five minutes from GERARDMER lake and town center, making the contrast all the more striking. The chalet is ideally located in the middle of the cross-country ski area, with a private path leading directly from your rental unit to the cross-country trails, hiking trails or snowshoe trails, with equipment at your feet. The ski jump is less than a kilometer away.

The 120 m2 chalet has two levels, with a bathroom and WC on each level. The ground floor comprises: a children's bedroom with 4 bunk beds (90x200), a bathroom with corner bath (130x130), Italian shower (120x90) and 4-person sauna overlooking the valley. A double bedroom with Queen Size bed (160/200) and separate WC. Laundry room with washing machine.
The second floor features a pleasant living area with a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge. freezer compartment - 3-burner induction hob, one of which is modular. Oven. Microwave oven. Dishwasher.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
