Merci d’avoir partagé votre ressenti. Pour information, les chauffages étaient réglés entre 20 et 21°C et restent librement ajustables par les occupants. Suite à une coupure de courant, une vérification a été effectuée le soir même et la température du logement était confortable. Lors de l’état des lieux de sortie le lendemain, l’appartement était bien chauffé.
Concernant la télévision, le logement est équipé de télévisions connectées, permettant l’accès à l’ensemble des chaînes ainsi qu’à des films et séries à la demande. Ce système fonctionne habituellement sans difficulté et est apprécié par les voyageurs.
Nous restons bien entendu attentifs aux retours de nos clients afin d’améliorer continuellement le confort du logement. -
