- A fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, additional refrigerator, drip coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, automatic bean-to-cup coffee machine, electric mixer, and immersion blender. Raclette set. Fondue set.
- A dining area with a table and chairs for 10 people.
- A living area with two sofas, two armchairs, a television, and fiber-optic Internet access.

- A bedroom with two 90x200 cm beds that can be arranged separately or joined together, with direct access to the outdoors through a French door.

- A bedroom with one 160x200 cm bed.

- A bathroom accessible to people with limited mobility, featuring a 120x90 cm walk-in shower, wall-mounted sink, shower seat, grab bar, toilet, heated towel rack, and hair dryer, as well as shampoo and body wash provided.

- A separate toilet equipped with a grab bar.

- A laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and sink.

On the first floor

- A spacious lounge area beneath beautiful exposed beams, featuring a TV lounge with a home Cinema system (Netflix and Spotify), a reading area with a bookshelf, a games area (foosball, ping-pong table, darts, and board games), and a Wellbeing area with a private Sauna.

- A bedroom with two 90x200 cm beds that can be arranged separately or pushed together, offering a view of the garden and the Mountains.

- Two bedrooms, each equipped with a 160x200 cm bed, offering panoramic views of the valley and the Mountains.

- A separate toilet.

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linens and towels for the duration of your stay, a final cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), and heating and electricity, subject to reasonable and moderate usage. Electricity consumption is included up to a limit of 45 kWh per day from October through February and 15 kWh per day from March through September. Any usage beyond these limits will be billed at €0.30 per kWh.
