First floor: Bedroom with double bed (140) and bedroom with single bed (90). Separate WC. Electric heating.

Outside: Private terrace with garden furniture, parasol and charcoal barbecue. Unenclosed plot. Utilities included : according to reasonable and reasonable use : 15kwh offered per day, the surplus to be paid to the owner : meter reading on entry and exit.
