Located in the heart of Sainte-Marguerite, just a stone’s throw from Saint-Dié-des-Vosges, this 70 m² single-level apartment can accommodate up to 5 people for a stay with family, friends, or on a business trip. Ideally located, it offers easy access to local shops and services. A bus stop, just a 5-minute walk away, provides service to the train station and downtown Saint-Dié-des-Vosges. Explore Saint-Dié-des-Vosges, home to the International Geography Festival; stroll through its historic center and enjoy the region’s many activities. The Hautes Vosges offer superb hiking and mountain biking trails, while the lakes of Gérardmer, Longemer, and Pierre-Percée (Celles-sur-Plaine) are perfect for swimming, Water sports, and walks in any season. Farmers’ markets, Vosges and Alsatian cuisine, forests, and charming villages are among the must-see highlights of your stay. The apartment has two bedrooms and offers a comfortable living space to enjoy time together after a day of exploring. You’ll have access to a private parking area that can accommodate up to three vehicles, as well as a small outdoor area furnished with a table and two chairs. To ensure a worry-free stay, the rate includes heating, beds made on arrival, bath linens, and a final cleaning. Pets are not allowed.

A separate, fully equipped kitchen with a table and 4 chairs: refrigerator, 3-burner induction cooktop, oven, microwave, washing machine, drip coffee maker, Tassimo coffee machine, electric kettle, and toaster.
Two bedrooms:
One bedroom with 3 beds (Bed 90x190 cm), including one pull-out bed.
One bedroom with 1 bed (140x190 cm) opening onto the living area.
A 3 m² bathroom with a 90x90 cm shower, toilet, and towel warmer.

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linens and towels for the duration of your stay, a final cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating and electricity, subject to reasonable and moderate use—if the holiday cottage has electric heating, you are allotted 15 kWh per day (any excess must be paid on-site to the hosts).
