This recently renovated dwelling, extended by an extension, welcomes you in a harmonious setting, adjoining an occupied year-round dwelling, while preserving your privacy. Upon arrival, you'll enjoy a private courtyard for parking, including a sheltered space under the terrace to protect your vehicle. A pleasant private terrace awaits you, furnished with garden furniture, a relaxation area and barbecue, ideal for your outdoor moments. On the second floor, you discover a large, bright dining room with direct access to the terrace. On this level, you'll also find a laundry room, a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a host of appliances to facilitate your stay. A comfortable living room with TV, library and dining area completes this floor. On the second floor, the sleeping area comprises several bedrooms suitable for families: two bedrooms with double beds and single beds, one of which has an office area suitable for Telework, and an attic bedroom with double bed. A bathroom with large shower and separate toilet complete this floor. Baby equipment (Umbrella bed, cot, changing table and mat/bathtub, high chair) can be provided on request. The price includes heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated by electricity, you have 15 Kwh per day (the excess will be paid on site to the host), bed linen and towels.
