Bungalow on one level (one step). Located in a quiet residential area, it comprises :
- Entrance hall
- Living room with corner sofa, flat-screen TV, wifi access. Fully-equipped kitchen: 3-burner induction hob, microwave, oven, refrigerator and freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, Senseo and filter coffee maker, toaster, raclette machine, kitchen utensils. Dining area in the kitchen with table and chairs for up to 6 people.
- Two fully-equipped double bedrooms, each with a 160/200 bed.
- One bedroom with two 90/190 beds
- A bathroom with Italian shower 120/100, washbasin, hairdryer.
- Separate WC
- Garage for one car or several motorcycles. Washing machine.
- Outside terrace with garden furniture, charcoal barbecue and sheltered Spa.

Baby equipment: Umbrella bed and high chair on request.

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption.
