The Jean Des Houx farmhouse is ideally perched at an altitude of 840 meters, nestled in the heart of the Vosges forest, far from any neighbors, guaranteeing absolute tranquility. Built in 1750, this authentic Vosges farmhouse will charm you with its traditional character and walls steeped in history. Just 5 minutes from Gérardmer, you can enjoy its lake, equestrian center, accrobranche park and ski slopes, as well as all the necessary amenities. Hiking trails are directly accessible from the farm. The Jean Des Houx apartment, located on the first floor of our farmhouse, has its own entrance and its own outdoor space. It's a real cocoon, combining authenticity and meticulous renovation, that's sure to seduce you.

Located on the second floor of the owners' home, this apartment comprises :
- a living room with wood-burning stove (Oliger in earthenware): Dining area for up to 6 people. Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator. Freezer compartment 4-burner induction hob. Oven. Dishwasher. Nespresso and piston coffee makers. Waffle maker. Raclette and fondue maker. Kettle and toaster. Living room with connected TV, sofa, armchair and coffee table. Connected speaker. Wii U console and board games.
- Bedroom with 160/200 bed and en-suite shower room/WC: 90 x 150 shower. Washbasin. Electric towel dryer. Hair dryer.

Electric heating and wood-burning stove.

Outside, a garden table with chairs, 2 sun loungers and a barbecue are available.
Bicycle and ski storage facilities are available, as is our laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

All-inclusive price: Linen included, sheets included and beds made up on arrival, towels included. End-of-stay cleaning included. Wood supplied for wood-burning stove. Private parking in front of the accommodation.

Please note that our accommodation is located in a secluded old farmhouse, offering a peaceful and authentic setting. Access is via an unpaved road.

Breakfast is available at a supplement of €10 per person per day.
A visit to the farm is included, as well as the chance to take our Alpaca Mirabelle for a walk!
