In an old Vosges farmhouse, independent Holiday cottage entirely renovated by the owners in a green setting. You are 10 minutes from the shops in Bruyères (supermarkets, tourist office, mountain bike and electric bike rentals...). In Granges, 5 minutes from the Holiday cottage, you'll find bakeries and a mini-market. Winter is approaching... in this Holiday cottage, you'll be around 15 minutes from Gérardmer and its Alpine skiing and Cross-country skiing, 30 minutes from the Col de la Schlucht or the Route des Crêtes (skiing, snowshoeing or walking, views over the Vosges and Alsace plains...). Nearby in all seasons, with magnificent scenery, Lake Gérardmer or Xonrupt-Longemer, Hiking or skiing guaranteed! A little further away, the summer-winter resort of Lake Blanc (approx. 45 minutes).

Detached house with garden, comprising on ground floor:
- Fitted kitchen with 4 induction hobs, oven, fridge with freezer compartment. Filter and Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, kettle. Kitchen utensils. Microwave oven. Dining area for up to 6 people.
- Living room: sofa, armchairs and TV. Wood-burning stove.
- One bedroom with 160/200 bed and en-suite shower room: 120x100 walk-in shower. Heated towel rail and hair dryer.
- Separate WC with washbasin, washing machine and tumble dryer.
- Wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
On the first floor, accessible via a staircase with offset steps:
- A mezzanine area with sofa bed (140/190), coffee table, board games. Multi-games table (table soccer, billiards, air field hockey, etc.).
- One bedroom with two half-height 90/190 beds and one 90/190 bed.
- Bathroom: 110/90 Italian-style shower. Heated towel rail and hair dryer.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
