Double bathroom with washbasin and bathtub. Separate WC. Fully-equipped kitchen with refrigerator. Freezer compartment - 3-burner induction hob. Oven. Microwave oven. Dishwasher. Krups Nespresso coffee maker. Toaster. Kettle. Laundry machine. Lake view balcony with garden furniture communicating with dining room and living room. Living room with sofa, armchairs, stool and coffee table. Connected TV. WIFI access. 1-car garage. Beds made on arrival and 1 large towel per person.
Housekeeping can be ordered directly from the concierge (€80) or on the Gîte de France website when booking (€100).
Garbage bags and toilet paper provided free of charge for reception, to be renewed by tenants during their stay.

Sylvain Superbe chalet, parfaitement situé
Le chalet est parfait pour 3 à 6 personnes.
Nous étions 3 et avions tout l'espace dont nous avions besoin.
C'est propre, confortable, très bien situé (surtout si on est piéton) avec une superbe vue du balcon (le gros point fort du lieu).
La gérante du lieu est accueillante, disponible et très sympathique.Il n'y a rien a redire ; tout était parfait.
Les seules petites remarques seraient :
- problème de place de stationnement si plus d'une voiture à venir.
- Mettre quelques sacs poubelles et du PQ à disposition (au moins pour le début du séjour).
- Un faitout supplémentaire serait parfait ou une très grosse casserole.- Cleanliness
