Located in Arrentès-de-Corcieux, this wonderfully renovated former farmhouse combines authenticity and modern comfort, just a few minutes from Gérardmer, Lake Longemer and the Vosges peaks... Here, relaxation and conviviality go hand in hand with discovery and leisure. Facilities for all ages. Enjoy a large, friendly gaming room with table soccer, pinball, billiards, air-hockey and a chess table. Outside, you'll find a large private garden where you can relax in peace and quiet. Pets are welcome. A pétanque court adds to the vacation spirit, while an optional Spa promises moments of Wellbeing after an active day. An exceptional natural setting Nestled between forests, valleys and peaks, the house is an ideal starting point for Hiking, mountain biking or snowshoeing. In winter, the nearby ski resorts of La Bresse, Gérardmer and Le Valtin invite you to enjoy Alpine skiing, Cross-country skiing and tobogganing. In fine weather, the lakes of the Vosges offer swimming, water sports and waterside picnics. A strategic location Just a stone's throw from Gérardmer, nicknamed the "Pearl of the Vosges", you'll find markets, entertainment and typical restaurants within easy reach. Tourist routes lead to the Route des Crêtes, the Alsace valleys and the Hohneck massif. Between nature, heritage and gourmet pleasures, every stay offers a multitude of experiences.

Push open the front door: the hall leads to a shower room with shower and WC, and a laundry room with washing machine and freezer, ideal for longer stays. The first floor opens onto a large, convivial living room with a cosy sitting area featuring TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, library and board games for all ages. Next door, the separate, fully-equipped kitchen will delight gourmets: fridge, oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, filter and pod coffee makers, hood, blender, scales and raclette set for your mountain evenings.

Upstairs, it's time for entertainment! The large mezzanine becomes a gaming room with billiards, table soccer, pinball, air-hockey, chess, giant Mikado, tic-tac-toe and a maze for Kids. The same level features a bathroom with bathtub and four comfortable bedrooms: one double (bed 140x190), a second with double bed (140/200) and dressing room, a family room with bed 140x200 and trundle beds 90x190, and a spacious room with bed 160x200. In the attic, an attic sleeping area features a 140x190 sofa bed.

Outside, enjoy private parking for 4 vehicles and a vast, unfenced garden of over 2 hectares, perfect for families and pets. Garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue and campfire area invite you to relax. Leisure activities extend to the petanque court and adjoining pond, where pedal-boat rides and carp feeding delight young and old alike. Hiking trails start directly from the Holiday cottage. For a moment of Wellbeing, a Spa is available as an optional extra (book with the owner).

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption.
