A 70 m² apartment that is completely self-contained and not overlooked, located in a traditional building. Access to the holiday cottage is via outdoor steps. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed; 2nd bedroom: 1 single bed and a bunk bed with 2 single beds, plus a baby bed). Mezzanine with living area (sofa bed) and TV. Bathroom with toilet. Electric heating. Utilities included. Wi-Fi. Private parking space for one vehicle with electric charging available (charging station accessible with a personal card; electricity billed at €0.30/kWh). Fenced Mountain property. Terrace area. The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, cleaning at the end of the stay (excluding crockery and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
