The apartment, adjoining the owners' house, is totally independent and is composed as follows:
- Entrance hall leading to the garage on the lower floor and to the apartment on the upper floor.
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC
- Living room with fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, 3-burner induction hob, electric oven, microwave, raclette, fondue, pierrade, crepe party appliance), open onto living room with WiFi connection.
- Terrace accessible from the lounge area: garden furniture, parasols, deckchairs, barbecue.

First floor
- one bedroom with 2 beds 90x190 and baby bed (a high chair is also available)
- a second bedroom with 2 beds 90x190cm that can be joined to form beds 180cm and 2 single beds 90x190cm.

Rates include: utilities, bed linen.
