This detached chalet offers a lovely 55 m² south-east-facing terrace, a large garden, a carport, several outdoor parking spaces and a practical garage for motorcycles, bicycles, skis, sledges or snowshoes, also equipped with a ping-pong table. Inside, the Holiday cottage has all the comforts needed for a successful vacation in the mountains: 40 m² living room, bedroom, bathroom and WC accessible on the same level, Wi-Fi fiber, board games, books, toys for Kids and numerous convivial facilities for sharing fondue, raclette, pancakes, waffles or family meals. Renovated in 2021 with a focus on thermal comfort and air quality, the chalet boasts wood wool insulation, a pellet-fired boiler and double-flow ventilation. From the Holiday cottage, make the most of Gérardmer, a must-see destination in the Hautes-Vosges between Lake, Forest and Mountain. In winter, the slopes of La Mauselaine, snowshoe circuits, tobogganing and snowy walks are all within easy reach. In fine weather, you can enjoy Hiking, cycling, water sports on Lake Gérardmer and discovering the Vosges peaks. The City is 2.5 km away and a Shopping center 1 km away, combining peace, nature and convenience. Via the Col de la Schlucht pass, you can also reach Alsace, Munster and Colmar for an escapade of heritage, gastronomy and typical villages.
