Situated on the heights of Gérardmer, opposite the Mauselaine ski slopes and with a view of the crests, the Epilobe gîte welcomes you for a single, couple or family stay for up to 8 people. Individual chalet with a 55 m² south-east-facing terrace, large garden, carport and several outdoor parking spaces. A garage (equipped with a ping-pong table) is at your disposal for parking your motorcycles, bicycles and storing skis, ski boots, sledges and snowshoes... The gîte has all the equipment you need for a great vacation (fondue and raclette machines, waffle and croque monsieur makers, crèpes-party, pressure cooker, board games, books, children's books, children's toys, WIFI fiber). The 40m² living room, bedroom, bathroom and toilet are all on one level. You'll enjoy a warm, peaceful setting, yet be close to all amenities in the center of Gérardmer, 2.5 km away. Shopping center 1 km away. When renovating the chalet in 2021, we wanted to use environmentally-friendly materials (wood wool) to ensure high-performance insulation, complemented by the installation of a pellet-fired boiler and a double-flow Vmc for top-quality air quality and comfort. Your stopover in Gérardmer will enable you to discover the mountains and take advantage of the many activities on offer (skiing, hiking or snowshoeing from the gîte, water sports...) as well as discovering Alsace (Munster 34 km, Colmar 50 km) via the SCHLUCHT pass.
