Apartment adjoining the owners' house, consisting of :

A living room including :
- A fully-equipped kitchen with 3 induction hobs, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, combined microwave and kitchen utensils.
- Dining area for 4.
- Lounge area with 3-seater sofa, connected TV and WIFI.

Two bedrooms:
- One bedroom with a 120x190 cm bed.
- One bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed.

A bathroom including :
- Italian-style shower, heated towel rail, hairdryer and WC.

PRM facilities: grab bar for WC and shower, wheelchair-accessible shower seat and washbasin. Apartment accessible on one level (no steps).

Terrace with garden furniture for 4 people and barbecue.

Shared exteriors and facilities
- Large plot of land shared with the owners, including a Koi carp pond, a pond and a Forest area.
- Heated Piscine and Spa shared with the owners, available as an option: €50 for a 2-hour session per day, to be scheduled during your stay. Accessible from early May to late September, weather permitting.

All-inclusive rate: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating and electricity.
