Apartment close to all amenities, allowing you to discover the City and Lake on foot. Free WIFI. Nearby sports field (200 m), freely accessible (running, soccer).

A few steps lead up to the apartment, which is laid out as follows: large living room with open-plan kitchen: oven, microwave, 3 induction hobs, dishwasher, Tassimo coffeemaker, toaster, raclette machine, washer-dryer, kitchen utensils....), table with 5 chairs.

The price includes heating and electricity, with reasonable consumption - if the Holiday cottage is heated by electricity, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid to the hosts on site), sheets and beds made on arrival, 1 shower mat and 2 dish towels.

Options -> towel kit (towels and washcloth) for 7€ / person. End-of-stay cleaning 80 Eur.
