In the heart of the Hautes Vosges mountains, at an altitude of around 800 meters, this Vosges farmhouse, completely renovated by the owners, welcomes you to a privileged natural setting on the edge of the Forest. Suitable for 4 people, this Holiday cottage offers calm, space and total immersion in nature, at the start of numerous Hiking trails. Housed in an old farmhouse with a total surface area of around 130 m², the accommodation is self-contained, with its own private entrance and terrace. When the two farmhouses are booked separately, a locked door ensures perfect separation and privacy. It is also possible to rent the whole property for stays of up to 10 people, ideal for families or groups wishing to get together in separate areas. The property's vast 17,000 m² of natural grounds include a private pond, contributing to the charm and serenity of the setting. For safety reasons, fishing is strictly forbidden and access to the pond is under the full responsibility of parents for Kids. This unspoilt setting is ideal for relaxing, observing nature and spending time together outdoors. The location on the edge of the Forest will delight outdoor enthusiasts: Hiking, forest walks, mountain bike trails and walks in the fresh air are all available directly from the Holiday cottage. Whatever the season, the Vosges landscapes offer a soothing ambience of forests, clearings and gentle hills. Nearby villages and valleys offer the chance to discover local heritage, farm inns, regional crafts and Vosges specialities. Depending on the season, you can also take advantage of the winter activities on offer in nearby resorts: Alpine skiing, Cross-country skiing or snowshoeing. Lodging located on the 1st floor of a renovated Vosges farmhouse. It comprises :

- Kitchen: induction hob, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, kettle, filter and Senseo coffee maker, toaster. Kitchen utensils.

- A large living room with a sitting area and a sleeping area. With a 140x190cm sofa bed and a 160x200cm bed. Connected TV. WIFI CONNECTION.

- Bathroom with large shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and hairdryer.

- Wooden terrace with chairs and table. Private barbecue available in the grounds below. Stairs between terrace and grounds.

- Separate WC

Utilities are included. Bed linen and towels are included. Towels and cleaning optional. 2 pets are allowed in the Holiday cottage only if they do not climb on the sofa and beds, and do not stay alone in the cottage (€15 per pet per stay).
A video-surveillance system is installed on site (outside only), for your security.
