Situated in the commune of Xonrupt-Longemer, at an altitude of around 800 meters, this Holiday cottage in a fully renovated Vosges farmhouse welcomes you to an unspoilt natural setting on the edge of the Forest. Designed to accommodate up to 6 people, it offers the ideal setting for a rejuvenating stay between the lakes, forests and mountains of the Hautes Vosges. The accommodation is part of an old farmhouse of around 130 m², divided into two independent units, each with its own private entrance and terrace. When rented separately, a locked door ensures total separation between the two units. It is also possible to reserve the entire property for up to 10 people, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The property extends over 17,000 m² of natural grounds, including a private pond that adds to the peaceful atmosphere. For safety reasons, Fishing is forbidden and access to the pond is under parental responsibility for Kids. The Holiday cottage's location is particularly appreciated for its proximity to the emblematic sites of the Hautes Vosges. Hiking trails can be accessed directly from the farm, allowing you to stroll in the Forest, go hiking or mountain biking. Lake Longemer is just a few minutes away by car, as is Gérardmer, with its lake, entertainment, Casino and numerous shops. In all seasons, the region offers a wide range of activities: Hiking, mountain biking, water sports on the lakes in summer; Alpine skiing, Cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and winter walks on the La Bresse-Hohneck, Gérardmer or Lispach ski areas in winter. The surrounding villages also invite you to discover farm inns, local crafts and Vosges specialities. First floor:
- Living room:
- Sitting area: corner sofa, armchair, flat-screen TV, wifi access.
- Fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, kettle, filter and Senseo coffee maker, toaster. Kitchen utensils. Dining area with table and chairs for up to 6 people.
- Bedroom with double bed (140x200cm).
- Bathroom with corner shower cubicle. Washbasin. Hairdryer and heated towel rail.
- Separate toilet.
- Wooden balcony with table and chairs. Private barbecue available in the grounds below. Staircase between terrace and grounds.

First floor:
- One bedroom with two 90x190cm beds and en-suite shower room: shower, washbasin, storage space, heated towel rail. WC
- A parental suite with a 160X200cm bed and en-suite shower room: shower, washbasin, storage space, heated towel rail. WC

Utilities are included. Bed linen and towels are included. Towels and cleaning optional. 2 pets are allowed in the Holiday cottage only if they do not climb on the sofa and beds, and do not stay alone in the Holiday cottage (€15 per pet per stay).
A video-surveillance system is installed on site (outside only), for your safety.
